This was our last day in Ireland. What a wonderful day to leave Ireland. We woke up at 3:30 AM, made the final arrangements, and on the bikes to Dublin Port. On the way I had some good fast riding. Well, its just an illusion ;) Just after finishing the beutiful road to after Lucan, we arrived to a small steep climb to the Phonix Prak in Dublin. Entering the Phonix Prak we saw some deers which I managed to even picture ;) And entering Dublin on the river Liffy to the port, and to london by train. Thanks to Buket and Kenan that woke up at 7:00AM and drive our lougage to the port. Big big thanks from us. We arrived to London, and needed to carry both bikes and the 2 suitcases. 2km and 40 stops ;) And we arrived to London ;) ... Add Comment Last day in Maynooth. Our shakedown ride ;) 07/04/2009
Hi all, But then she got over it and really enjoyed the ride. Surprisingly it wasn't hard as we thought. The bike are heavy, but still not too bad. At the end of the ride we had a decent, hehe, I tried to go fast, and Yoo Hoo, really good. The bike is steady and feel solid. Here some photos from the ride. Saying goodby to our friends 07/03/2009
So we leave Maynooth soon ;) Actually on Sunday 5/6/2009 to London. Then Buket invited us ... Lovely Turkish Burek (Burekas Pashtida, hehe)... tnx Keynan and Buket where kind enough to help us with our luggage, and they will drive to the port with our luggage, and we will cycle with the bikes to Dublin. So Buket and Keynan will be the last people we'll see in Irelad. Woo Hoo. hehe. And... hehe... We went for a dinner at Ramana's and Febe's home. Very good spicy Indian food ;) Look at Febe with the dole ;) hehe. We tried to pictutre Jotsna with him and the dole, but at the end she ran and he staid with the dole ;) And for the final goodby Steffi and Florian invited us for a dinner, which was absolutely great. It was great evening. At the end we watched two episodes of Father Ted which is such a funny and punchy comedy about irish priests. Really really funny. Thanks guys for all the fun we had the last months. We really really enjoyed it. Wish us luck, we are on the move ... |
