Under a Dome Tent

So, this is our first post to the blog. Lets start it with a big smile ;) We got our Crosso panniers. Ah, Oh, I'm very happy. It took few weeks, until we managed to decide and get those panniers.
At the start I was really into buying the Ortlieb back and front rollers, but when I really needed to open my wallet, I did another internet search, and saw this panniers.
Crosso has also a line of dry panniers that are similar to the Ortliebs, but half the price, but when I saw the pictures in Crosso website of the bright courdura panniers, I was really hooked, because you really see the bicycle from far.
At the end we went with the Twist panniers which where in the middle in the price range. The Expert are the expensive ones, but they are twist with a lid and pockets. I did wanted the Expert ones, but at the end decided to save some money. Dina was paranoid that we will not be left with money for the trip ;) hehe.
We also bought two dry bags size Large for the tent and the mattresses. This will save time and will give us more room in the panniers.
Here is a picture of two polish riders from Crosso Blogs:

As you can see, the panniers are very very visible. I also thought that the color is just brilliant, no really ;) and I'm a color blue person ;)
The other thing that attracted me to buy those panniers, was the fact that they are made from Cordura®, which I remember that back then in 90's (about), backpacks where made from Cordura and cost a lot. Today they use different material that looks very nice, but I know that Gregory have a line of professional equipment that looks like backpacks of the 80's 90's ;) which lead me to believe that this material is good and expensive. Now, this is why we bought those panniers. Lets give it a time and see how they preform.
