Some photos from our climb of the Nufenen Pass in Switzerland. Its 2478m and 8.5 hours climb dragging bikes to the top. It was very hard to just walk , not even ride it. Riders that passed us where really slow and tired. But finally we arrived to the top with big smile and 80km of down heal ride after ;) This is your new blog post. Hi all, But then she got over it and really enjoyed the ride. Surprisingly it wasn't hard as we thought. The bike are heavy, but still not too bad. At the end of the ride we had a decent, hehe, I tried to go fast, and Yoo Hoo, really good. The bike is steady and feel solid. Here some photos from the ride. Saying goodby to our friends 07/03/2009

Lovely Turkish Burek (Burekas Pashtida, hehe)... tnx Keynan and Buket where kind enough to help us with our luggage, and they will drive to the port with our luggage, and we will cycle with the bikes to Dublin. So Buket and Keynan will be the last people we'll see in Irelad. Woo Hoo. hehe. And... hehe... We went for a dinner at Ramana's and Febe's home. Very good spicy Indian food ;) Look at Febe with the dole ;) hehe. We tried to pictutre Jotsna with him and the dole, but at the end she ran and he staid with the dole ;) And for the final goodby Steffi and Florian invited us for a dinner, which was absolutely great. It was great evening. At the end we watched two episodes of Father Ted which is such a funny and punchy comedy about irish priests. Really really funny. Thanks guys for all the fun we had the last months. We really really enjoyed it. Wish us luck, we are on the move ... Our Crosso Panniers arrived ;) Finally... 06/23/2009
By Kfir. ![]() As you can see, the panniers are very very visible. I also thought that the color is just brilliant, no really ;) and I'm a color blue person ;) The other thing that attracted me to buy those panniers, was the fact that they are made from Cordura®, which I remember that back then in 90's (about), backpacks where made from Cordura and cost a lot. Today they use different material that looks very nice, but I know that Gregory have a line of professional equipment that looks like backpacks of the 80's 90's ;) which lead me to believe that this material is good and expensive. Now, this is why we bought those panniers. Lets give it a time and see how they preform. |
